To get the best mold part, it is essential to consider the temperature in the injection molding machine. Also, effective temperature control helps to reduce quality problems such as shrinking, warping, and other issues that occurred in the plastic material.

During the injection molding processing, a specific temperature has to be maintained in the process, or else the temperature rise will affect the final output of the product.

If the temperature is low, the plastic material may not blend properly; conversely, if the temperature is more, the plastic mixture may burn so that the optimum temperature is maintained in the injection molding processing.
